Shipping
We ship all of our items using USPS Priority Mail. All packages are insured and require an adult signature upon delivery. If the signature upon delivery is waved, the insurance only covers the package until it is delivered. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
Please note that we can only ship within the United States at this time.
Returns
We hope you're satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for an RMA and ship your package back to us within 7 days of receiving it. All items must be returned unworn with their original packaging and receipt. Please send all returns pre-paid and fully insured.
You will receive a full refund to the credit card in which the purchase was made minus the original shipping charge if all stated requirements are met.
Once returns are received they will be processed and an email confirmation will be sent. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to post to your account, depending on the cycle of your credit card.
